We work with your dog until you have the dog you signed up for. If we haven’t hit the standard by program end, we keep working — at no additional cost — until we do.
On severe cases this matters most. There is no clock to beat, and no incentive for us to call a half-finished dog “done.” Our incentive is to do the work right — and stake our reputation on it.
Almost certainly, yes. Bite histories are a normal part of our caseload — we are the referral other trainers send these cases to. What we need from you is complete honesty about the history: what happened, to whom, under what circumstances. The assessment is confidential and judgment-free. We’ve heard it all, and the dog can’t get the right protocol if we’re working from a softened version of the story.
Yes. Owners travel their dogs to us from across the country for severe behavioral work — some drive, some fly — — it’s one of the most common ways these cases arrive. We arrange the logistics on both ends, including airport pickup at BNA. The fit check happens by phone first, exactly like a local case; if we’re the right team, we plan the travel together.
As long as your dog needs — that’s the honest answer, and the Agoge Commitment exists precisely so you never pay for that honesty. Most severe cases run longer than a standard program, and the timeline depends on the dog’s history, the severity, and how long the behavior has been rehearsed.

What we can tell you up front: this is not the two-or-three-thousand-dollar package tier, and it is flat-rate. The investment we agree on at the start is the investment, period — no matter how long your dog needs.
